Class Schedule

Here at Metabolic Meltdown, you will receive an incredible full body workout in just 45 minutes. We offer 10 classes per day, Monday-Friday, and 5 classes on Saturdays. On any given day each one of these classes is identical, no matter what the time or location. Each location has a membership capacity; once this capacity is reached, prospective clients will have the option to be placed on a wait list. When memberships become available, wait listed clients are notified immediately.

As a courtesy, we ask that clients come at a consistent time throughout the week in order to regulate class sizes, facilitate a trainer:client relationship, and promote consistent attendance.

We understand if some days another class time is needed, but please choose a time slot with the intention of attending then. Class times may be restricted to new members in facilities that are at or near capacity.
